

Every Wednesday evening SRC come together to get a steady run banked away for the week, varying in distance and effort. Often used as part of prep for marathons or challenges, our mid-week run offers great encouragement to stay consistent with your training.
Distances range from 7km to 16km, with new routes, and track nights, however we decide as a team what we want to do!
After a long run along the seafront we’re often blown straight into the Docker Bar or The Ship Inn for a rewarding pint and refuel.
If you’re looking for a group of like minded, friendly people to enjoy a long run with come along this Wednesday! Meeting times vary between 6:00pm-6:30pm and are confirmed in our WhatsApp group weekly.
